EQUILA is a movement-focused body studio. Health is built on three pillars: movement, nutrition, and sleep. Our studio emphasizes movement — it supports the first step toward a healthy body, and better physical well-being naturally contributes to improved mental well-being. In creating this space, I’ve placed great importance on bringing together a highly professional team of instructors and on developing core practices that work not only with the body, but also with the mind. We guide you gently and carefully along the path toward your goals.
Hatha Yoga Prenatal Yoga (for pregnancy)
Certified yoga instructor with extensive personal practice and teaching experience. Completed teacher training at Pak Yoga (Israel, 2023) and advanced studies at the Institute of Modern Yoga Theory and Practice — teacher course “Culture of Movement” by Igor Pantyushev (Russia, 2025).
Fly Yoga practice is my love language, the place where movement meets emotion, and where students learn to trust their bodies, the hammock, and themselves. Creating flowing sequences in the air is not only my specialty, it’s the signature of my classes, where strength, grace, playfulness and inner awareness come together.

Hi, I’m Lior. Born in California, now living in Givat Olga, and managing a boutique home studio. I’ve been practicing yoga since the age of 17 and hold certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.

Rules for Using Memberships and Services
• A membership or service is issued personally to the client and cannot be transferred or used by other individuals. • To purchase a membership/service, you must register by providing your first name, last name, active phone number, and email address — either on the website or through the studio administrator.
A membership grants access to all regular group classes in the studio, except: special classes, intensives, workshops, and events. After purchasing a service or membership, please remember to book the class you wish to attend.
If you would like to book a class for a friend or family member, please contact the studio administrator.
